This person gets genuine joy out of sharing the gospel of good news with people who do not know Jesus Christ
This describes someone who is called to come alongside another and encourage those who may be discouraged or have difficulties in their life
The person who can effectively apply scripture to the events of today, showing people the relevance of the Bible in contemporary life
Identifying which type of Christian Apologetics best matches your spiritual gifts and where you would be most effective
There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them.
– 1 Corinthians 12:4
Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.
– 1 Corinthians 12:7
8 To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10 to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues.
– 1 Corinthians 12:8-10
All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.
– 1 Corinthians 12:11
Now if the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body.
– 1 Corinthians 12:15
The eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you!” And the head cannot say to the feet, “I don’t need you!” On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty, while our presentable parts need no special treatment.
– 1 Corinthians 12:22-24
If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
– 1 Corinthians 12:26
And God has placed in the church first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping, of guidance, and of different kinds of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30 Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues[a]? Do all interpret?
– 1 Corinthians 12:28-30
We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your[a] faith; 7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; 8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead,[b] do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.
– Romans 12:6-8
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers
– Ephesians 4:11
And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey... After a long time the lord of those servants came and settled accounts with them.
– Matthew 25:15, 19
For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom;
– 1 Corinthians 12:8a
